2FM045 || Background Classical Quartet
Posted on May 07, 2019
2FM045 Background Classical Quartet illustrates elegant occasions and tender moments with the inimitable sound of a live string quartet. The first tracks are a selection of the most popular wedding tunes arranged for String Quartet (“Bridal Chorus”, “Arrival of the Queen of Sheba”, “Canon in D”, “Wedding March” and “Trumpet Voluntary”). These are followed by original compositions in the style of Mozart’s bright, uplifting classical string quartets and Strauss’s romantic, graceful Viennese dances. All tracks are arranged or composed by Daryl Griffith. This album is perfect for on-screen background music at weddings, high-society receptions and royal events, as well as in historical and period settings. Tracks composed in an authentic, classical style will provide the right ambience without being distracting, and familiar favourites will set the wedding mood instantly. Tracks were recorded on one stem for a true quartet sound. 60-second, 30-second and sting versions of all tracks are available.
